These were the opening remarks of Assistant Professor Dr. Nawamin Prachanant, Vice President for International Affairs at Buriram Rajabhat University, during the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on December 23, 2024, at 10:30 AM, in Room 310, Zhiyuan Building, Suihua University.
